MY APPROACH

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” ~ Aristotle

Sustainability, accessibility, and human-centered design are at the heart of my work. These values have shown up across my career, whether I was working in food and choosing to inform myself about nutrition, holistic health and nourishment, or learning about Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine to deepen my understanding of well-being.

In fashion, I became deeply aware of the human rights and environmental impacts of overproduction. Ethics and corporate social responsibility became a lens through which I evaluated the companies I worked for and the product lines I contributed to.

Inclusive spaces matter deeply to me and have informed the companies I have worked with, the product lines I have developed, and the volunteer work I have done throughout my life. From adaptive clothing design to upcycling projects, from space planning for garment care, personal care to senior care, each role has been an opportunity to design with purpose. I have also had the privilege of facilitating various groups, deepening my appreciation for learning alongside other leaders and experiencing the power of community.

My portfolio is a reflection of my commitments and continues to demonstrate my dedication to learning, growing, and constantly developing as a creative professional.
